Joey Fisher is a versatile and self-motivated Class 1 Marine Engineer who has more than 17 years of offshore marine engineering experience and is highly regarded in the (DP) FMEA authoring and auditing field.
Joey has been a member of the Technical Committee for the DP Asia Conferences since 2012 and has been a key contributor. He has been part of various IMCA working groups responsible for review of DP related guidance and he is also a member of the MTS DP Sub Committee for Guidance and Standards.
He joined M3 in 2010 following a 13 year career with Sealion Shipping (Toisa) where he served in various roles at sea and onshore, always involving high specification offshore vessels and in particular, DSV’s.
Joey heads up a team of dedicated project engineers and marine consultants at M3 Marine Expertise who share his passion for “doing things right the first time, on time”. M3 Marine Expertise are based in Singapore and provide a wide range of technical consultancy services with a particular focus on DP vessel consultancy and DP FMEA.

Suman is passionate about aiding delivery of Incident Free DP operations and serves in any capacity that facilitates opportunities to contribute to this. His passion and intense focus to aid delivery of incident free marine operations has him spearheading and contributing to several efforts/initiatives across Industry to develop sustainable capability in personnel leveraging effective decision support tools.
He serves as a member of the MTS DP Technical Committee and as the Chair of the MTS DP Sub-Committee on Guidance and Standards.
Suman Muddusetti has a career spanning 38 years in the Marine Industry, the first 10 of which has been in the Merchant marine rising through the ranks from cadet to serving in command. The rest of his career has been in the Oil and Gas Industry in diverse leadership roles, with Dynamic Positioning being a Constant.
Suman has been with Shell since 2003 and currently serves in the role as Principal Marine Operations Engineer and Marine Risk Team Lead. His responsibilities include serving as the Group technical authority and SME on Dynamic Positioning (DP), Authorized SME on Maritime Safety, SME on Marine Operations and SME on Drilling Operations
Suman is the recipient of the MTS FELLOW AWARD in 2013 and the recipient of the Distinguished Achievement Award from the DP Committee of the MTS in 2011.

IMCA represents the interests of over 1,000 companies engaged in the offshore oil and gas industry world-wide. Denis is their Ambassador in Asia and combines this with other business interests under the umbrella of One World Maritime Pte Ltd which he formed in 2009 to provide industry knowledge and management support to companies looking to expand or penetrate new market in the region.
He has a track record of Board level appointments in leading international companies and start-ups spanning marine, civil, automotive and aerospace as well as maritime oil and gas. He is an elected member of the American Bureau of Shipping and Chairman of the Indian Registry Advisory Panel for Southeast Asia. He has also served on the Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Committee and the Singapore Shipowners Association Offshore Committee.
He is a frequent presenter at conferences and investor events and is a Singapore Permanent Resident.
Swire Pacific Offshore
David V. Marren is the Technical Director at Swire Pacific Offshore Group (SPO). David has spent the last 28 years working for SPO in various roles from OSV Chief Engineer, Project Manager, Technical Manager before becoming the Technical Director 16 years ago. He has extensive experience in offshore operations and OSV new buildings. Qualified to Class 1 Marine Engineering Certificate of Competency and having attend INSEAD business school his recent activities include the construction of the world’s largest wind farm installation vessels, being an active member of DNVGL Technical and Environmental committees and the DP Asia Technical Committee.
He lives in Singapore with home classed as Perth, Australia. He is a keen triathlete and reader of a wide variety of topics. David is married with three children.
Graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2004. Started offshore career with Fugro Survey as a Field Engineer. Responsibilities included LBL metrologies and monitoring equipment setup for Rig/Barge moves. Joined Kongsberg Maritime in 2007 as a DP engineer involved in commissioning and troubleshooting DP related equipment on anything from luxury yachts to top-of-the-line MODUs.
In 2011, Satheesh joined GL Noble Denton as a Senior Engineer undertaking FMEAs and sea trials as required. He joined Aqualis Offshore in the same capacity once Aqualis Offshore was established in 2013. Currently, Satheesh is supported by an excellent group of experienced engineers in his new role as the DP Manager for Aqualis Offshore (Singapore).
General Manager (Electrical & Engineering)
Greatship Global Offshore
PK Kumar is presently employed in Greatship Global Offshore Services Pte Ltd, Singapore as General Manager (Electrical & Engineering). He is taking care of all offshore vessels of Greatship group on maintenance, engineering and upkeep of Electrical, Control and Automation systems. He has been involved in the Engineering aspects of all new shipbuilding, including the delivery acceptance of the vessels for the company.
Prior to this employment, he had tenure with the Indian Register of Shipping, the Classification Society of India and had held varied appointments in the Indian Navy for 24 years. He has experience in Marine related Operations, Maintenance, Research & Development and Training.
After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with Honours, he did his post-graduation in Master of Engineering (Electronics & Telecommunication) from Pune University, India.
POSH Group HSEQA
Capt Priyadarshan Pandey holds the current position of General Manager for POSH Group Health, Safety, Environment and Quality assurance (HSEQA) dept. He is overall in charge for HSEQA related matters for POSH Group vessels which include DP3 Floatel, DP2 Accommodation, DP2 PSV, DP2 AHTS, Semi Submersibles and AHT. He holds a Master Mariner Class 1 certificate of Competency from Warsash Maritime Centre, United Kingdom. He also holds Dynamic Positioning unlimited licence from Nautical Institute, United Kingdom. He has more than 22 years of Maritime experience from sailing on various types of vessels which include Tanker, Container, AHTS, PSV, Semi-Submersible and MPSV. In supplement to his routine HSEQA duties, he conducts various trainings for Sea and Shore staff and assists in operation of semi-submersible vessels. Recently he has successfully conducted Rig Float off operation as Project Manager. He is a member of POSH DP committee which looks into company’s DP policies and procedures for safe operations of DP vessels. He is committed towards making POSH an incident free work place with the vision of ONE TEAM – ONE GOAL – ZERO HARM.
